With unique treasures and everyday items, this eclectic estate sale has something for everyone.

The 13,000 sq, ft. Carriage Manor Estate, or Wallick mansion in rural Miami County was built in 1926 by the founder of the American Stationary Corporation, Rutherford Wallick.

The historic three story home, which features a large formal living room and dining room as well as seven bedrooms and a billiard room/library on the third floor, has only had three owners in its history. The current owners, Timothy and Cindy Kline purchased the home in 1985.

That’s not all, though. Everything in this rural mansion is for sale, including electronics, decor, dish-ware, furniture, everyday items, & more. With something for everyone, this is a sale you won’t want to miss.

This is one of those special sales in Indiana that only comes along every 3 or 4 years. Don’t miss this chance to purchase a bit of Indiana history.
